They reach your VantageOnAI number. The receptionist asks for their name, number, and what they need, then sends that to you by text or email.
Does it sound like a robot?
It is written to sound like a receptionist for your business. It does not pretend to be a person. If a caller asks, it says it is an AI.
Can it book appointments?
Not yet. Right now it takes messages only. It will not confirm an appointment it cannot actually book.
What if a caller needs a human?
It takes their details and sends them to you so you can call back. It does not guess prices or take card numbers.
How fast can I be live?
After the setup fee and the first month are paid, we build it. We confirm the go-live date before it starts answering.
